To enhance your experience and streamline our services, part of claims functions (including outpatient, inpatient/surgery claims, supplementary document, submission record and claim history) currently available on the Super Care platform will be suspended and migrated to our new digital platform, BlueCross+, starting from 18 November, 2025.
Existing customers can log in and enjoy these services on BlueCross+, which offers a more convenient and efficient claims experience. |
