Claim Procedures & Forms
Upon the successful submission of eClaim, you will receive an acknowledgment email within 1 working day. Our claims handler will review your claim and the supporting documents as soon as possible. If additional information or documents are required, we may contact you by email, telephone, or letter. For paper claim submissions, following the receipt and our review of your claim, you will receive an acknowledgment including the request for supplementary information and documents or the claim result via email or letter.
Once we have received all required information and documents, we will provide you with the claim result within 7 to 14 working days.
BlueCross+ customer portal provides one-stop insurance services, enabling you to submit claims and check your claim status anytime, anywhere. You can register and login to the portal via the Blue Cross website or the BlueCross+ HK app, and submit the required supplementary claim information and documents through our Smart eClaims supplementary document submission feature.
In any event of extreme conditions such as typhoon or adverse weather, we may experience an excessive volume of claims, and it may take additional time for us to process your claim. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
