The top 10 members with the highest aggregate spending on the designated Blue Cross insurance products during the promotion period will receive one Blue Cross’s Privilege: Hong Kong Disneyland Corporate Membership Card (valued at HK$4,998)! Members ranked 11th to 20th will receive one Jollying Pebble 20" foldable suitcase (valued at HK$799)!
| Terms and Conditions: | |
| 1. | The SmartClub Members Spring Top Spending Rewards (“Promotion”) is organized by Blue Cross (Asia-Pacific) Insurance Limited (“Blue Cross”). |
| 2. | The promotion period of the Promotion is from 15 January 2026 to 31 March 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period is in Hong Kong time and is subject to the successful receipt of the enrolment by Blue Cross’s server. |
| 3. | The Promotion is applicable to SmartClub members who login to their corresponding SmartClub account via Blue Cross HK App or Blue Cross online platform and enrol the following products: “Travel Smart” Single-trip Cover, Multi-trip Cover or Annual Cover, “SmartGo GBA Travel Insurance”, “Overseas StudySafe Insurance”, “Working HolidaySafe”, “HomeSafe Protection Insurance”, “MaidSafe Insurance”, “DecorationSafe Insurance”, “SmartPro Drive Insurance”, “LovePet Insurance”, “LovePet Outpatient Insurance”, “SmartFit Sports Insurance”, “Taipan GolferSafe”, “GolferSafe” or “Personal Accident Insurance” (“Selected Products”) during the Promotion Period. |
| 4. | The top 10 SmartClub members who have incurred the highest aggregate spending in net premium of the Selected Products during the Promotion Period will each be entitled to receive one (1) Blue Cross’s Privilege: Hong Kong Disneyland Corporate Membership Card (valued at HK$4,998). The top 11 to 20 SmartClub members in terms of aggregate spending in net premium of the Selected Products during the Promotion Period will each be entitled to receive one (1) Jollying Pebble 20" foldable suitcase (valued at HK$799). Each of the above items shall be referred to as “Reward”. Each eligible SmartClub member may receive only one Reward under this Promotion. For the purpose of this clause, net premium shall mean the actual premium payable after applying all discounts. |
| 5. | Blue Cross will notify the eligible SmartClub members via their email address or mobile number recorded in Blue Cross system within one (1) month after the end of Promotion Period to redeem the applicable Rewards. The distribution and all arrangements relating to the Rewards shall be determined at Blue Cross’s sole and absolute discretion. |
| 6. | Blue Cross reserves the absolute and final right to determine the methodology for calculating spending by Smart Club members and to confirm the eligibility of SmartClub members for the Rewards. |
| 7. | The Rewards (electronic, digital, physical or otherwise) to be granted or offered under the Promotion shall not be varied, returned, replaced, cancelled, transferred, resold, refunded or exchanged for cash or discount or other products. |
| 8. | The Rewards are not supplied / manufactured by Blue Cross. Blue Cross does not in any way warrant the quality and condition of or any other matters in connection with such Rewards and shall not be held liable for the same. Blue Cross shall not be held legally liable for any direct or indirect claims, demands, costs, charges, expenses, losses, damages and compensations arising out of or relating to such Rewards (including but not limited to the use of such Rewards by mistake, network or device failures or problems, technical errors or any other reason). |
| 9. | The Rewards are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the supplier of the Rewards. Any disputes arising from the Rewards shall be resolved by the eligible SmartClub member and the supplier directly. |
| 10. | Blue Cross reserves the absolute right to suspend, vary or cancel any benefits, discounts, offers, privileges, promotions, rewards, services and the like to be granted or offered under the Promotion at any time without any further notice. |
| 11. | By participating in the Promotion, the participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms & conditions and accepted that Blue Cross is entitled to the rights set out in such terms & conditions. In case of any breach of these terms & conditions, or Blue Cross reasonably believes that dishonest or fraudulent conduct and/or acts have been committed by a participant (including but not limited to using or abetting others to use inappropriate methods to affect, cause technical problems or disorder to, damage, interfere, interrupt or jeopardize the operation or any aspect of the Promotion), Blue Cross has the sole and absolute discretion to immediately revoke the participant’s entitlement to any benefits, demands and claims and recover from any participant the rewards redeemed or equivalent value in cash, claim against the participant for any damages and/or losses arising from or in connection with the above and pursue any legal action, without any further notice. |
| 12. | Blue Cross is not liable for any submission delay, loss of information, error in transmitting information, unrecognizable or damaged information that may be caused by any computer, internet network, telephone, and technical problems or any other causes beyond the control of Blue Cross, and the participants shall not raise any objection or claim against Blue Cross in relation to such matters. |
| 13. | Should there be any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of this Promotion and the terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail. Blue Cross reserves the right to vary or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Blue Cross shall be final and conclusive. |
| 14. | These terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and each participant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. |
| 15. | The Selected Products are underwritten by Blue Cross (Asia-Pacific) Insurance Limited, an authorised insurer in Hong Kong. For details of the insurance plans, please refer to the relevant product leaflet. For the exact terms and conditions and the full list of exclusions, please refer to the policy contract. |
| 16. | All insurance product information available on this website/mobile application is not and shall not be construed as an offer to sell or a provision of insurance products to any person in any jurisdiction outside Hong Kong or a solicitation to such person to buy insurance products.
